About Me

My name is Madeline Paige Kunkel. However, I go by Madde. I am 16 years old and from Eagle River, Alaska. I will be spending 11 months in Donzdorf, Germany through the Rotary Youth Exchange program.

There are 6 people in my family. My parents, Drew, Brayden, Riley, and I.

I am a typical Alaskan. I enjoy fishing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, hiking, clamming, and riding my pet polar bear.

I am a member of my school's cross country running team, cross country skiing team, and choir.

I am an avid baker.

I love volunteering and hope to join the Peace Corp when I'm older. (This is a picture from when I went on a mission trip to Nicaragua.)

My Dad is a pilot in the Air Force so we move a lot. I have lived in England (I don't remember anything), Texas, Alabama, Washington D.C., and Alaska. I have lived in Alaska for 9 years, so  over half my life, and I consider it home. (This is my "Tacky American Stereotype" picture for my presentation)
